Transport / Ferries cancelled again
NORTHLINK has confirmed that tonight’s (Sunday) passenger ferry sailings to and from Shetland are cancelled due to the weather.
It comes after Saturday’s sailings were also called off, due to the conditions off Aberdeen.
There was due to be a freight sailing between Aberdeen and Kirkwall this evening but it has been delayed until 11am tomorrow.
Meanwhile Monday’s Kirkwall call on the southbound sailing is under review.
Monday’s northbound trip is due to leave Aberdeen at 6pm instead of 7pm.
