News / Three vehicles involved in Black Gaet crash

TWO women have been taken to the Gilbert Bain Hospital in Lerwick following a three vehicle road traffic collision at the Black Gaet, near Gulberwick, on Thursday morning.

Police Scotland said they were alerted to the crash at 9.20am.

The accident happened on the B9073 near the junction with the A970.

A police spokesperson said: “Two women have been taken to the Gilbert Bain Hospital in Lerwick and the road has since fully reopened.”
