Community / Santa provides festive cheer in helicopter jaunt around isles

SANTA gave Shetland some festive cheer this morning as he undertook his annual fly-by in the Sumburgh based coastguard helicopter.

The helicopter flew up the west side of the mainland before heading to the North Isles and returning back south.

Thanks to Scott Goudie for this picture, taken as the helicopter flew over Sandwick.
