Emergency services / Crews called out to kitchen fire in Cunningsburgh
FIRE crews were called out to a kitchen fire at a property in Cunningsburgh this morning (Monday).
Fire control said everyone at the property had been accounted for.
Two appliances were initially called out but a further two were requested, with breathing apparatus and jets being used by firefighters.
The fire, which was reported at around 11.40am, was said to be “well developed”.
There was extensive damage to the building after the fire spread to the roof.
