News / Police investigate report of careless driving
POLICE are looking to speak to witnesses about an alleged piece of careless driving at the Brig o’ Fitch last week.
A blue Audi is said to have pulled out at the junction at around 1.55pm into oncoming traffic, causing both vehicles to carry out emergency stops.
Police are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a black saloon vehicle which had to carry out an emergency stop on the main road.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111. Alternatively they can attend Lerwick Police Station.
