News / Grease is the word for Anderson High School pupils
THE FIRST musical to be held at the new Anderson High School will take place this week.
An Anderson High School and Open Door Drama production of the classic Grease will be held on Monday and Tuesday night.
Pupils from the Lerwick school’s craft, design and technology department helped to make the set and costume designs, while Alison Leslie and Julie Johnson of the school’s music department have supported participants with their singing.
The team behind the production also wanted to thank Molly Williams, who has shaped the choreography, director Izzy Swanson and Keith Morrison and Derek Henry for their technical support.
The shows are free but seats can be booked by calling the school on 01595 808008.
