Isles man in hospital after fall
A SHETLAND man is said to be in a serious condition at a Spanish hospital after he suffered a fall while on holiday.
John Anderson, of Lerwick, was injured after the incident at Santa Ponsa in Mallorca earlier this week.
A spokesman for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office said it was assisting a British man following his hospitalisation in Palma and remains in “contact with his family and the Spanish authorities”.
