Charged over bail conditions

A TWENTY four year old man has appeared in Lerwick Sheriff Court charged with failing to comply with bail conditions.

Andrew Goodlad, of Lerwick, appeared in private from custody on Monday afternoon charged with contravening section 27(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedures (Scotland) Act 1995.

He made no plea, was committed for further examination and released on bail.
