Lifeboat assists fishing vessel

Lerwick lifeboat was tasked on Wednesday evening to assist a small fishing vessel with two people on board.

The Delta Dawn was just south of Bressay when they had to alert Shetland Coastguard due to engine failure.

The lifeboat took the eight metre long vessel under tow and arrived back at Lerwick harbour at around 8.20pm.
