A CAR reported stolen from a residential area in Lerwick on Monday has now been recovered.
Police called for witnesses after a grey Toyota car went missing from Millgaet after 5.30pm on Monday.
However, police confirmed on Tuesday morning that the incident was a false call with good intent and that the car was not actually stolen.
The vehicle was recovered on Tuesday
