News / Bike stolen behind Clickimin

POLICE are appealing for information as they continue enquiries into the theft of a bicycle at the back of the Clickimin Centre in Lerwick last month.

The white BMX was taken on Sunday August 23. Anyone with details is asked to call the Lerwick police station on 101.

Meanwhile, police are also asking for witnesses to come forward after a padlock on a storage container was tampered with in Sandwick.

The incident took place outside the village’s bakery between 2pm on Monday and 5.30am on Tuesday.

Police are asking anyone who saw suspicious activity to contact them on 101.
