Letters / We’re MP’s real victims
I, as many others are, am extremely disappointed to hear of such deceitfulness from our elected representative.
I am even more disappointed to hear of his reaction to being exposed.
He has apologised to Nicola Sturgeon and even the French ambassador which he thinks is enough to redeem him.
How about an apology to all the voters of Orkney and Shetland who he blatantly lied to before the election? Are we not the real victims of his lie?
As others have stated I believe he should resign and stand for re-election. This will prove if islanders will tolerate being lied to.
