Shetland coastguard rescue helicopter Oscar Charlie was called out at 7.50am on Friday morning to fly a sick crewman from the Dunlin Alpha platform 140 miles north east of Sumburgh to Lerwick where he was taken to the Gilbert Bain Hospital.
