IT MAY have caused travel disruption and closed schools, but at least the snow has created plenty of fun for Shetland’s bairns – and provided some stunning backdrops for photos too.

Folk have been sending us winter photos over the recent days – and we did not even need to ask. Here is a selection of some of the submissions – thanks to everyone for sending ones over.
