Emergency services / Emergency services attend Brae road accident
EMERGENCY services are responding to a road traffic accident in Brae this evening (Tuesday).
Police chief inspector Chris Sewell said: “About 7.25pm this evening, officers responded to a report of a road traffic crash near Culsetter Park in Brae.
“Police, along with other emergency services, remain at the scene, and drivers and pedestrians are asked to avoid the area at this time”
The Sumburgh based coastguard helicopter was called out but has since been stood down. Coastguard rescue teams were also deployed.
