Business / Triple award win for Lerwick estate agent

A LERWICK estate company is celebrating after being named the best letting agent in Scotland at a major awards ceremony.

Arthur and Simpson Property, which is based on Commercial Street, scooped three awards at the Estate Agent Customer Service awards, better known as the ESTAS.

The company was named the best letting agent for tenants in the whole of Scotland at the ceremony in London’s Grosvenor House Hotel in October – finally receiving the trophies a month later.

And it was also named the best letting agent in the “Scottish Highlands” for both landlords and tenants.

Arthur and Simpson scooped a final bronze prize, for being the third best letting agent for landlords in Scotland.

The awards were announced and handed out by TV’s Phil Spencer, best known as the presenter of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location.

Winners were selected based on reviews left behind by customers and landlords at the end of their moving experience.

Arthur and Simpson said it wanted to give a “big thank you to everyone who reviewed us”.
