Sport / Jasmin wins her second medal in Guernsey
SWIMMER Jasmin Smith has just won her second medal of the 2023 Island Games – a silver in the women’s 100m breaststroke.
She won her first – a bronze – on Monday night.
Smith clocked in tonight with a time of 01:12.04.
That brings Shetland’s medal tally to two silver and three bronze.
In other news from Team Shetland, Seumas MacKay came 1st in his heat for the men’s 800m on the athletics pitch.
He will progress to the final on Friday – can he bag another medal for the isles?
