A CHRISTMAS craft fair will be taking place this winter – in a socially distanced event spanning 10 weeks at the Bonhoga Gallery.

The Shetland Arts and Crafts Association has teamed up with Shetland Arts for the fair.

The association’s usual end of year craft fair at the Clickimin was recently called off due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Bonhoga exhibition runs from 15 October to 20 December and it will be open from Thursday – Sunday, 11am – 4pm.

Every fortnight there will be a new group of local makers and producers.

The first session from 15-25 October features Barbara Isbister knitwear, Julie Williamson Designs, Sarah Kay Arts and Avril Thomson-Smith.

Entry to the exhibition is free but visits need to be booked through the Shetland Arts website.
