Antarctic II lengthened

The pelagic trawler Antarctic II (LK145) returned to Whalsay on Saturday following a seven-month modernisation at the Langsten Shipyard in Norway.

The new look Antarctic II has been lengthened by 7.8 metres to 69.7 metres, and has now a fully sheltered foredeck with a new raised whaleback.
