News / Hrossey leaves early
DUE TO adverse weather conditions Wednesday’s southbound ferry to Kirkwall and Aberdeen will leave Lerwick an hour and a half earlier than scheduled.
NorthLink said that the Hrossey will depart at 4pm; check-in opens at 2.30pm and close at 3.20pm.
Arrival times into Kirkwall and Aberdeen may be subject to delay, the ferry operator said.
Meanwhile, the cargo boat Hildasay will leave Lerwick for Aberdeen at 2pm rather than 6pm as scheduled.
The Helliar will depart Aberdeen at 6pm and sail directly to Lerwick, bypassing Kirkwall.
