Bressay runs cancelled due to crew sickness

THE BRESSAY ferry service will run to a “restricted” schedule tomorrow (Friday) due to crew sickness.

The council announced the news on the ferry’s voicebank this afternoon.

From 6am until midday the service will run as normal, but the service will then be suspended from 12-2pm.

Again from 2-10pm the service will run to the normal schedule, with the final ferry from Lerwick to Bressay at 10pm.

The service is due to return to normal from Saturday.
