Where does Emma stand?

I’m probably not the only one who is a bit confused about where Emma Macdonald stands.

The SIC’s high profile campaign (Our Islands Our Future) was about greater autonomy, and yet she now says that she doesn’t support Shetland having more say over its own affairs; things like the NorthLink contract and our ability to regulate wind farm developments.

I wonder what her fellow councillors make of this?

I am even more confused by her policies now because it appears her political journey has been one of twists and turns.

She was once a member of the SNP, but then she stood as an ‘independent’ for the council and is now apparently a Liberal Democrat.  Maybe Emma only stands for Emma?
