Emergency services / Police investigate Lerwick incidents

POLICE are looking for information after receiving reports of two separate incidents in Lerwick in the last week.

A van wing mirror is said to have been damaged on King Haakon Street at some point between 8pm on Saturday and 6.50am on Sunday.

Damage, meanwhile, was caused to a door and its surrounding frame in the Hoofields area between midnight and 1am on Thursday (23 May).

Police are particularly keen to speak to two males seen in the area who were wearing dark clothes.

Anyone with information is asked to telephone 101 or visit Lerwick Police Station.
