THE RESTORED Shetland Bus sub-chaser Hitra and the Norwegian tall ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl arrived at Scalloway harbour on Friday morning for a weekend of events to commemorate the wartime operation linking the isles with Nazi-occupied Norway.

Their visits mark 75 years since the Shetland Bus operation suffered heavy losses in 1943 during the Second World War.
