Man injured in crash

A MAN was taken to hospital on Thursday morning with minor injuries after being involved in a two vehicle road accident near Brae.

Emergency services were alerted just after 6.30am to reports of a crash on the A970 near the Valleyfield Guest House.

Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that a 17 year old man was taken to Lerwick’s Gilbert Bain Hospital.
