Letters / Appalled

We are appalled at reading the story of Serco Northlink leaving a fragile infant and his parents on the quayside at Aberdeen.

As parents of a child who spent time in hospital when younger, we can empathise with the anguish felt by this little family.

This is a blatant case of profit before people and Serco NorthLink and their employees should hang their heads in shame.

Stuart Garrett is mistaken if he thinks he is providing a lifeline service. This is anything but.
