Letters / Don’t blame the young

I assume you were on the bus too that Thursday (Shameful behaviour; SN, 2 March 2015).

Where was your good manners and common decency to offer the seat?

Is it up to the young men to offer their seats because they are the most fit?

I agree that everybody on that bus who was in better shape should be offering their seat, but you cannot blame the young when they follow the elders’ examples.
