So Amazon has come riding over the hill and done a deal with Statkraft.
How unsurprising.
It would be interesting to learn what will happen to potential community benefits that might accrue under this deal, if any.
It would be interesting to learn whether Amazon or Statkraft will use future reductions in worth of the Mossy Hill site as write downs or write offs in their accounts.
Whatever happens, it’s extremely unlikely any benefit, in any form, will accrue to Shetland’s communities.
