Transport / Friday NorthLink sailings disrupted by weather forecast
FRIDAY night’s southbound sailing of the Hrossey is set to leave an hour early due to the weather forecast.
NorthLink said the ferry would leave at 4.30pm now, bound for Kirkwall and then on to Aberdeen.
Her arrival into Aberdeen tomorrow also may be delayed by an hour.
The northbound sailing of the Hjaltland will not be affected.
The freight boat Helliar is also set to be delayed arriving into Aberdeen on Saturday morning, due to the weather.
She will sail from Lerwick at 6pm tonight (Friday), and may be delayed by up to two hours tomorrow.
