Letters / Loose chippings a hazard

In the last six months the windscreen on my van has inherited six chips in it. This has happened every time in the area just before Sandwater to South of Voe.

I would have thought it would have been a pre-requisite in the permit granted to Viking Energy to construct the wind farm that they had a road-sweeping vehicle constantly cleaning the roads of this construction debris on every working day throughout the project’s entirety.

Chips are very dangerous for two wheeled road users they can quite easily skid on them and get hurt.
