NorthLink warns of ferry disruption

NORTHLINK says its ferry service over the coming days will be disrupted due to the weather.

Tonight’s (Friday) southbound sailing will leave Lerwick at 3pm instead of 5.30pm, arriving in Kirkwall at 8.30pm.

Arrival into Aberdeen on Sunday morning is expected to be on schedule.

Both the north and southbound freight sailings on Friday are cancelled.

Both passenger sailings on Saturday are under review and likely to be cancelled.
