The late Gussie Angus devoted the majority of his adult life in the service of the Shetland community.
The huge number of people at his funeral bears testimony to this.
I was taught that ‘you do not speak ill of the dead’.
Recent correspondence in Shetland News demonstrates this no longer holds true.
I had not realised that people within this community could stoop to such depths.
