Weather / NorthLink cancellations
NORTHLINK’s ferry sailings to and from Shetland are set to be affected over the coming days due to the weather.
Tonight’s (Friday) southbound sailing to Aberdeen will no longer call at Orkney, and the vessel will depart Lerwick an hour early at 4.30pm.
Both freight sailings are cancelled.
NorthLink also confirmed that all passenger and freight sailings on Saturday are cancelled.
Loganair, meanwhile, is offering customers travelling on flights to and from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness the opportunity to adjust travel plans for Saturday and Sunday without charge.
