Letters / Dog’s breakfast

Luggies Knowe - Photo: Brian Smith

It would be difficult to imagine a worse dog’s breakfast than the one being created at Luggie’s Knowe in Shetland just now (Erecting Shetland’s highest turbine yet; SN, 01/08/15)

It’s a most interesting area, reduced now to awful unsightliness.

And as environmentalists in Bressay and Lerwick remind us, smacking their lips, there is going to be a hundred times more such bruck in central Shetland in a few years time.
