News / Three times the legal limit

A FORTY two year old Lerwick man was banned from driving for two years after admitting being three times the legal limit for alcohol when stopped by police in the town’s Nordavatn area on Saturday.

Appearing from custody before Lerwick Sheriff Court, Vladimir Stukov, of 25 Gilbertson Road, was also ordered to do 40 hours of unpaid work.

Sheriff Philipp Mann also ordered the confiscation of Stukov’s Range Rover.
