Delting 3 – 7 Spurs
With the title race hotting up, Spurs got a much-needed big win with goals from Scott Morrison (3), Sam Maver (2), James Johnston and Paul Molloy. Leighton Flaws, Stuart Lavender and Danny Peterson scored for the Delts.

Ness Utd 3 – 4 Scalloway
Scalloway got their first league win of the season away to Ness in a close match. Scorers unconfirmed.

Thistle 2 – 3 Whitedale
Stuart Smith and Nethan Watson scored for Thistle, but goals from Jamie Wilson (2) and Haldane Fraser secured a vital win for Whitedale’s championship prospects.

Whalsay 0 – 2 Celtic
The Hoops virtually ended the champions’ league hopes with goals from James Aitken and Connor Regan.

Saturday

Mind Your Head Reserve League

Delting B 4 – 1
Unst Scorers for Delting were Danny Peterson (2), Brydon Mouat and Iain Devonald. David Sutherland scored for Unst.

Monday

G&S Flooring Premier League

Celtic 3 – 1 Delting
The Hoops sit on top of the league having played more games, thanks to goals from Lowrie Simpson, Jordan Simpson and Roy Wood. Shaun MacGregor scored for Delting.

Ness Utd 2 – 1 Thistle
Grant Redfern and an own goal gave Ness a vital win as they look to avoid bottom place in the league.

Whalsay 2 – 2 Spurs
Jordan Webb (pen) and Paul Molloy scored for Spurs, but Whalsay came back to dent their title bid with goals from James Shearer and Ross Irvine.
