TWO Scottish actors are in Shetland as they film a BBC TV series about wild swimming.

Julie Wilson Nimmo – perhaps best known as Miss Hoolie in Balamory – and her husband Greg Hemphill, from Still Game and Chewin’ the Fat, arrived in the isles recently.

They are filming TV show Jules’ and Greg’s Wild Swim, and prior to Shetland they were in Orkney.

Among their activities in Shetland so far has included a trip on the Yell Sound ferry service, with the pair described as called “Scottish TV royalty” as they travelled on the Dagalien.
