In Pictures / Junior jarl squad enjoy the Up Helly Aa limelight

The junior squad in Mareel.

AS WELL as the senior Up Helly Aa taking to the streets of Lerwick today, the junior event has been enjoying the limelight too.

This year’s guizer jarl is Oran McCulloch, and he and his squad have been doing the rounds ahead of the junior procession which lights up at 5.30pm.

Thanks to Austin Taylor for the selection of photos.
