Commercial Road partially blocked after crash

One of the vehicles ended up blocked the read.

POLICE have confirmed that no injuries were reported when two vans collided near to the Burgh Road junction with Commercial Road in Lerwick on Friday.

A spokesman for the force said emergency services were alerted at around 12.20pm.

The two vehicles involved were a Vauxhall Vivaro and a Citroën Relay.

Delays during the busy lunch break can be expected as the road is only partially open. Recovery of the two vehicles has been arranged.
