News / Van catches fire

A FIRE appliance from Brae attended to a van which caught fire on the Mangaster straight on Wednesday morning.

Firefighters were alerted at 7.35am and two hose reel jets were used on the Ford Transit van.

The incident was over around 40 minutes later, with no injuries reported.
