Should Brexit be cancelled?
THE MERITS of stopping the process of leaving the European Union will be discussed at the next Althing debate in Lerwick on 16 December.
The motion will be ‘Should Brexit be cancelled?’, with Shetland Times reporter Ryan Taylor and former journalist and councillor Jonathan Wills speaking in support.
Speaking against the motion will be Brian Nugent and campaigner Stuart Hill.
The debate will be held at the Islesburgh Community Centre and it will kick off at 7.30pm.
