News / Inter-island ferry disruption

THERE will be disruption to both the Whalsay and Yell ferries over the next two days.

Monday’s 5pm sailing from Laxo to Symbister will be delayed to allow divers to inspect the Linga‘s propulsion system.

The 2230 Ulsta to Toft and the 2330 Toft to Ulsta sailings, meanwhile, have been cancelled on Tuesday and Wednesday to allow overnight maintenance on the linkspans.
