A TWENTY four year old man remains in custody after reappearing in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court in relation to sexual assault charges, including one allegedly involving a minor.
Desislav Branimirov Ivanov, of no fixed abode, appeared via video link on Monday afternoon.
He is accused of four contraventions of section three of the 2009 Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act and one contravention of section 30, which relates to sexual activity with or towards a child aged between 13 and 16.
Ivanov made no plea, was fully committed for trial and remanded in custody.
