Bird strike prompts emergency
AN EMERGENCY was declared at Scatsta Airport on Tuesday afternoon after an incoming helicopter reported a bird strike.
Emergency services were tasked when the Bristow Sikorsky, which had 16 people on board, raised the alarm at around 4pm.
However, they were stood down after the helicopter landed safely.
