AFTER two weeks of beautiful autumn weather stronger winds are set to return this weekend.
Lifeline ferry operator NorthLink is warning of possible delays on its southbound crossings for Thursday and Friday.
The company said the Hjaltland, due to depart from Lerwick at 7pm on Thursday, is expected to be delayed into Aberdeen by an hour on Friday morning.
Hrossey’s arrival in Aberdeen on Saturday morning could be delayed by as much as two hours, the company said.
There will also be delays to both freight vessels.
