News / Dunrossness hall vandalised

Two rear doors at Central Dunrossness Public Hall were vandalised on Saturday, police said.

POLICE are appealing for information about an instance of vandalism to a public hall in the South Mainland area of Shetland on Saturday afternoon.

“Substantial damage” was caused to two rear doors at the Central Dunrossness Hall between 1.30pm and 4.50pm on Saturday (13 August), police said.

Any members of the public with information are asked to contact Police Scotland by dialling 101 or by attending Lerwick Police Station.
