Second court appearance

A LERWICK man accused of drug offences has been fully committed to trial after making a second private appearance at Lerwick Sheriff Court, on Monday.

Linked to the court via video conferencing, Peter Henderson, 34, made no pleas or declaration. He was remanded in custody.

Henderson was arrested on 13 May and first appeared at the town’s court, in private, on 16 May.
