A THIRTY three year old man has been arrested in connection with a reported robbery within commercial premises in Lerwick town centre.

Police said they received a report shortly before 4.30pm on Friday that money had been stolen from the premises.

The man was traced at a nearby address and reported to the procurator fiscal. He is expected to appear from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
