News / Sheep struck in Yell
POLICE are looking to speak to the driver of a dark coloured 4×4 vehicle after a sheep was struck on the A968 one mile south of Sellafirth, in Yell, on Monday morning.
A spokeswoman said that two vehicles and a sheep had been involved in the incident that took place between 7.05 and 7.15am. No further details were released.
“Police would be interested in speaking to anyone with information regarding this incident. Could they please phone the police on 101, and ask for the Lerwick Police Station,” the spokeswoman said.
