POWER has been restored to more than 700 Shetland customers after lightning strikes knocked out electricity supplies in central and west Shetland. Scotttish Hydro say that as of 2pm on Friday, 270 customers remain with power in Scalloway, Gremista (Lerwick), Setter (Sandwick) and Tumblin (Bixter).
